Start with accounts you own
- A brand new Meta business portfolio, never bought or borrowed
- A business name that matches your LLC papers exactly
- Your Facebook page and Instagram account, linked
- An ad account in your local time zone, paid with a card in the LLC's name
- You as a full admin, plus a second admin you trust
- Two-factor login turned on
FloorIt partners start with these set up in their own name. The ad account is yours, so the history and what you learn stay with you.
The shape of the campaign
- 1
One campaign for your area
With the goal set to Leads
- 2

Not on each ad set
- 3

Named after the angle
- 4

Each with a different hook
- 5

Meta shows the best pairs more often
How many ad sets to run
Divide your daily budget by your cost per lead, and round down. That's how many ad sets your budget can feed, and it's at least 1. For example, $30 a day at $15 a lead feeds 2 ad sets. That is a made-up example.
If more are running than that, pause the one spending the least. Too many ad sets on a small budget spread the money too thin to tell what works.
The angles
- Sand or recoat
- The price
- Selling your home
- Pets and kids
- A date to beat, like the holidays
The ad library has finished videos and scripts for these angles. Each video goes in the ad set for its angle.
Meta's form or your own page
Start with Meta's own lead form. A page on your website takes more setup to track, and it's only worth it once it turns at least 5 in 100 visitors into leads.
Either way, ask the same three quick questions: when they want it done, how much hardwood they have, and whether they own the home. A homeowner who wants it soon, has most of a floor and owns the home is the lead to call first.
