Before you pay anything: apply, watch, talk
The application takes a couple of minutes: your city, your timeline and how you plan to fund it. We only take one partner per area, so the first thing we check is whether yours is still open, how many homes are in it, and what they're worth.
Before we talk, you get short videos that answer what the job is, how the customers come in, and how we get paid. That way the call is about you and your area, not the basics.
The partnership call is about 45 minutes on Zoom. We will have already looked at your area. We walk through your market, your goals, the investment and exactly what you get. You get straight answers and no pressure. If the numbers in your area don't work, we tell you.
Your first 14 days: the build

Training and equipment
You learn the whole job: inspecting the floor, the floors to walk away from, screening, cleaning, mixing and rolling on the coat, and the walkthrough with the homeowner. You also learn the sale, with scripts for the phone and the in-home estimate.
Your applicator kit and 12 gallons of finish ship to your door within 10 business days, and your first 3 buffer rentals are covered. A flooring company we partner with handles the job training, and weekly live calls are there for your questions.

Every lead gets an instant text, and our team calls it and books the estimate onto your calendar. You run the estimate with the scripts from the training, and you do the job.
Leads aren't sold jobs. Some won't answer, some will shop around, and some floors can't be recoated. The partners who do well call fast and follow up.

After your first 50 leads, you keep every resource for life: the course, the ad library, the scripts and the weekly calls. When you reorder finish from us, leads come bundled in.
