What N-Hance gives you
A franchise like N-Hance gives you an established brand name that homeowners may already know, a set system and a support team. For someone who wants a well-known name on the truck from day one, that has real value. We don't think less of anyone who chooses it.
What FloorIt does differently
We build the business in your name, in about 14 days: LLC, logo, website, Google profile, social pages, phone and CRM. You get the full course, weekly live calls, 12 gallons of finish, the applicator kit, your first 3 buffer rentals covered and your first 50 leads, from ads we run under your brand.
We don't take a royalty. Our incentives are directly aligned to help you get more jobs. When you get more jobs, you use more finish. When you use more finish, you order more from us, and that is where we profit. We partnered with a manufacturer to get you a high-quality, professional finish. A franchise gets paid on the buy-in, plus fees and royalties, whether or not it helped you find customers.
On our example $2,499 job, a 6% royalty would be about $150. With FloorIt, that stays with you. That is an example, not a promise of what you will earn.
The trade-off is honest. You are building your own name, not borrowing a national one. That means your reviews and your reputation belong to you, and you start with fewer of them.
How to choose
- Add up what you pay up front, and what you pay every month, for each option
- Work out the royalty on the number of jobs you expect to do over five years
- Ask who owns the customer list and the brand if you leave
- Ask whether your area is yours alone
- Read the current FDD for N-Hance, and the full agreement for FloorIt, before you sign either
