How it's drawn
Your territory is a circle, about 30 miles out, around your business. We write down the center point and the ZIP codes inside it, so we both know exactly where it is.
Before we offer an area, we check it against our other partners, so we never promise two people our ads in the same place.
What an ad territory means
- We won't run ads for another FloorIt partner in your territory while you're active
- Other floor companies can work there too
- You can take jobs anywhere, including outside your territory
Your territory protects you from our ads for someone else. It doesn't keep anyone else out.
How you keep it
Stay active and keep the estimates booked for you. That's it. There is no minimum number of jobs.
If you fall behind on estimates for a stretch, we tell you, and you get time to fix it before we would run ads there for another partner.
Growing it, for free
You can expand your territory at no cost, as long as we aren't already running ads in that area for another partner. Ask us, and we'll check.
Why we set it up this way
Two partners running our ads to the same homes would compete for the same people and drive up what each lead costs. Keeping our ads for one partner per area avoids that, without pretending we can keep every other floor business out of town.
