Seven stages for every lead
- 1
New lead
It just came in. Call within 5 minutes
- 2
Contacted
You talked, but there's no estimate yet
- 3
Estimate booked
It's on your calendar
- 4
Estimate done
You've been to the house
- 5
Offered
They have your price, but no yes yet
- 6
Sold
Signed and paid
- 7
Lost
A no, or no reply after the follow-up
One look at the stages tells you where your week is stuck: not enough leads, not enough booked, or not enough sold.
What goes out on its own
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| A new lead comes in | A text and an email from your business right away, and an alert to your phone |
| They don't book | Short texts and emails for about two weeks, until they book or reply |
| An estimate is booked | A confirmation, then reminders a day before and a couple of hours before |
| They miss the estimate | A friendly text about 15 minutes later, with a link to pick a new time |
| You give a price, but no yes yet | Check-ins over about two weeks, until they say yes or no |
| The job is done | A thank-you with your review link, then care tips a few days later |
Every message goes out under your business name, and stops when the homeowner books or replies.
Your free estimate calendar
Homeowners can pick a time themselves from a link, and your first 50 leads are booked into it by our team. Each estimate blocks an hour and asks for the address, so you never drive out without one.
Your business tracker
A Google Sheet with a row for every lead: the date, name, phone, town, where it came from, the square feet, and the estimate date and status. It's where cost per booked estimate and cost per job come from. After a year, it also shows you your own slow months.
What the system can't do for you
It can't make the call. The first few minutes after a lead comes in matter most, and that part is you. Log what happened with every lead the same day. If booked estimates are being missed, we pause leads until you're back on track.
In your name
Your business phone number and your customer list are yours. If you stop working with us, they stay with you.
