What happens on the weekly live classes

Last updated · FloorIt

Quick answer

Every week, FloorIt holds a live class for partners. You bring what is in your way that week, practice an estimate out loud, and ask anything.

If you miss one, you watch the recording.

What to bring

  • A phone call that went sideways
  • An estimate where the homeowner said no
  • A floor you're not sure about, with photos
  • An ad that isn't bringing in leads

Floor reviews are part of the program too. Our flooring partner does this work every day and tells you if a floor is a recoat, or one to walk away from.

Practice before the real thing

The course asks you to practice the first call and the estimate with someone playing the homeowner. You can do it on a live class, or record yourself and post it in the community for feedback. It feels silly once. It feels a lot better at your first real estimate.

What a real estimate visit looks like

If you miss one

Classes are recorded, so you can catch up the same week. Classes and reminders live on the community calendar.

How often to come

Every week for your first 90 days, live if you can. A question answered in class is a mistake you don't make on a job. Coming live also counts toward the 30-day guarantee, so start in week one.
